Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have all original KOOKAÏ tags attached before placing them in secure packaging.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.
Processing and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your exchange within 5-7 business days.
