What is your return policy?
We offer returns on full-priced items within 21 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Sale items may be returned for a store credit only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, KOOKAÏ ships to most international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
